Taziki's Brings Back Grilled Fish and Refreshes Menu With New AdditionsBirmingham, AL  (RestaurantNews.com)  Taziki’s Mediterranean Café is reintroducing a guest-favorite grilled fish dish while expanding its core menu with several new additions, reinforcing the brand’s focus on fresh, modern Mediterranean food designed to help guests eat well and live the good life.

The Grilled Fish with Homemade Caper-Dill Sauce – available now through April 5 – is served as a sandwich or a feast, featuring perfectly grilled fish paired with a bright, dill-forward sauce and tangy capers. This light, refreshing dish taps into consumer demand for lean, nutritious protein, making it an ideal option for the Lenten season.

Seafood’s role in better-for-you eating continues to grow, with  U.S. dietary guidelines encouraging adults to eat fish regularly for heart, brain and overall wellness benefits.

Beginning Jan. 26, Taziki’s will also roll out a refreshed menu of modern Mediterranean offerings, spotlighting fresh ingredients and globally inspired flavors that appeal to younger diners and support eating well. Highlights include:

Street Gyro – Traditional charbroiled shaved beef and lamb wrapped in a warm, griddled pita and topped with tomato, red onion and Taziki’s signature Taziki sauce.
Turkish Meatballs – Chargrilled lamb meatballs rooted in traditional Turkish preparation, served with feta and warm pita as a feast, or enjoyed gyro-style with Mediterranean garnishes.
Kýpelos Bowl – Taziki’s first-ever customizable bowl with your choice of basmati rice, pasta or protein-rich quinoa, topped with grilled vegetables, crumbled feta, harissa and Taziki sauce, finished with your choice of protein.
