ISO falafel over rice

Title says it all. I’m looking for a falafel over rice plate similar to the picture – saffron rice, pickles, cucumber tomato lettuce salad, hummus, and yogurt and hot sauce. I’ve tried Yaba’s and it was close, but something was missing
