* 1/4 small glass Water

**For Brushing the Edges:**
* 1 Egg Yolk

**Instructions:**
1. Activate yeast with sugar and lukewarm water. Add egg white and oil.
2. Gradually add flour and salt, kneading thoroughly (about 5 minutes) until the dough is smooth and manageable.

4. While dough rises, mix all filling ingredients, cover, and refrigerate.
5. Punch down dough, divide into 12 balls, and let rest for 10 minutes.
6. Roll each ball into an oval shape, stretching the center while leaving the edges slightly thicker.
7. Place filling in the center. Brush the edges with the egg yolk/yogurt mixture.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) until nicely golden brown on both sides.
