I like to put a little bit of sauce on the bottom bun so the lettuce doesn’t fall out. Also lettuce is the only topping that goes under the patty, everything else goes on top. Smaller ingredients, like onions, should be directly on top of the cheese so it melts into it.

Looks delicious but I agree toppings go on top and I genuinely do think it changes the taste lol every time I make a turkey sandwich I’ll mess around with the order and there’s a difference to having a slice of turkey at the top vs. lettuce

I have found that it is extremely hard to fuck up a good burger. But, If I was a betting man I would bet that’s a good tasty burger just off the looks
