300 out the door. Seemed to check all the boxes. First pellet smoker what are your favorite brisket recipes? Any tips for or gotchas for this smoker?

Congrats on the steal I paid 800 before the price increase on sale and love it. If the ash dump sticks a small tap on the knob inward will free it up. Mine stuck after burn in and maybe the first three cooks and hasn’t since.
