London broil under the broiler for 9 minutes a side

    Not close enough to the broiler. Looks boiled.

    Did you preheat first? Or just throw it in and press broil.

    I would try 6 minutes then sear it on each side in super a hot pan!

    Next time try 500 degrees for ten minutes a pound, then turn the oven off and leave it in there for a couple hours.

    I’ll say this …. 45 years behind a skillet and stove and I’m 50 now … To each their own I cook meat to the way we like it … a perfect 145° -150° why change something that ain’t broken ?? 🤣🤣🤣.and lastly Opinions are like assholes , everyone has one and most of the time they stink 🤣🤣🤣🤣
