My dad made wagyu burgers last night 🤤 used Traeger to smoke 20 mins and then grilled to medium rare. Inside was perfectly pink but I forgot to take a pic before digging in lol

    Whats the point of wagyu for a burger? Ive never gotten the appeal. If youre grinding meat you have control over how much fat you put in.

    It’s always a good idea to put an indentation in the meat or shape it flatter than you’d want to if you’re cooking burgers low and slow, to make up for the protein bonds bunching up. But that looks great either way.
