
Was doing a dash through the super market and almost bought a jar of this stuff before realizing it wasn’t the regular giardiniera.
For those who haven’t seen it, it’s basically regular stuff just chopped to a finer texture.
What are you using it for? What do you like about it? Any reason to get it over the regular stuff?
Sometimes I chop us guardiniera when putting it on a pizza. The be finer texture might also be better on a sandwich.
