    **ingredients**

    • 1 lb lean ground beef

    • 1/2-1 onion diced small (or 2 tbsp minced onion seasoning)

    •1 -12 oz package egg noodles

    • 2 tsp minced garlic

    •1 -15 oz can canned corn regular or creamed corn (optional, or swap with mixed veg, etc)

    • 2 -10 oz canned cream of mushroom soup. (I’ve also used cream of chicken when in a pinch)

    • 2-4 oz velveeta, cubed. Can substitute with shredded cheese, too (cheddar, colby jack)

    I have freezer instructions in recipe post. It does freeze well and then bake later as a freezer casserole.
