
Finally got around to grilling some octopus today! I was aiming for that perfect balance of tender on the inside with a nice char on the outside. Served it alongside some seasoned rustic potatoes for that extra crunch.
I’m pretty happy with how the presentation turned out, but I'd love to hear your thoughts. What do you think of the plating?
Also, for those who’ve cooked octopus before: do you have any secret tips for getting it perfectly tender every time? This was a labor of love, but totally worth it. Cheers!!🥰

I boil (pretty long time) the octopus before grilling. Served with chimichurri, diced smoked chorizo and potato.
We used to serve octo with a warm potato salad as well. Definitely works.
