Honest question from a complete beginner: do I have to flip the meat over after applying the sauce/condiments/mixtures?

(I am not a native english speaker, so forgive me if I phrased it wrong)

  2. What’s your chimichurra recipe … looks great

Eating octopus is wrong. They are incredibly smart creatures. You might as well eat chimpanzees or dolphins.

This is my fav surf n turf variation. Maybe lamb and squid

  5. Reeko_Htown

My kinda Surf and Turf! (I’m allergic to shellfish)

Man I love octopus! I am not allowed to have it anymore sadly. Despite my love of BBQ and smoking meats, my vegetarian gf draws the line at octopus. Brings a tear to my eye!

Am I the only one who thinks that since it’s not cooking over smoke and heat that this is just cooking in a cast iron skillet?

Isnt this considered grilling? bbqing takes longer at lower temps. Id still eat the steak as im allergic to shellfish but saw this in bbq sub, i was just under the impression this is grilling since its a faster cook.

Octobeef! I need this in my life❤️🔥🙏

Looks great – what grill cook top is that? Is it over a fire or on a Weber 22”? Thanks

Nothing like cooking cooked octopus. Love the rubber.

Genuinely curious because I’ve never cooked octopus. I always thought octopus had to be cooked for hours and hours to be tender and not super tough / rubbery. Am I mistaken in this? It seems you only cooked it the length of the steak cook. Looks absolutely delicious btw.

Reported to Reddit as porn. Food porn at it finest. Well done, friend.

  14. This made me hungry AF. Nice work. What app do you use when editing this video? I cook almost daily and should be posting vids too

Not BBQ, but looks incredible nonetheless. I’d eat this once a week without even thinking about it.

pulpo gallego con carne de res (Octopus and beef…wasn’t always steak but it was always delicious) was one of my favorite things to order if we went out to dinner while visiting my grand parents in Spain.

I’ll take the steak without the Japanese pornstar , thanks.

Unseasoned meat with a dash on chim while cooking. Probably still tastes bland as hell.

Longer confident strokes/slices with cutting the octopus
