How is the Costco wing quality? I’m looking for better options since local grocery only have small brittle fresh wings but haven’t had good experiences with frozen wings previously

How were they ?

Verdict!
The wings themselves are good quality – great size, not fatty, no miscuts.
Following the Air-Fyrer instructions (20min @ 375) with my Double-Door Gourmia Air-Fyrer did not make the wings crispy. Had to bump to 400 and add another 8 minutes or so at the very end to get closer to that, and they still weren’t super crispy.
Imo they are slightly over-seasoned, enough that I could taste it through the sauce. They were pretty peppery, and I think I tasted a hint of garlic on them. The bag comes with buffalo packets, but I have not tried them yet.
Overall they are good! I think they were $20 for 4lbs? At that price, definitely worth it, and would absolutely get again.
