[I ate] a zapiekanka in Poland. French baguette, mushrooms, cheese & ketchup. Kraków’s most iconic street food.

Is ketchup very different in the US compared to Poland?

Anything else but ketchup and I’m all over that

  3. Were you at that circle building in Krakow that is just all Zapiekanka stalls?

I had this amazing foot long hotdog at a Polish 7-11. I can’t remember everything it came with, but the main ingredient was potato salad, and it was amazing!

I was in Poland just before they joined the EU and the standout food realization for me was how impossible it was to find any salsa. Every time I found something claiming to be a burrito, ketchup.

That’s just my dad’s famous white trash pizza.

Was in Warsaw like 15 years ago. Still remember eating that before hopping on a bus. Shoild come for a bite some time soon, hah

Hey, it’s most iconic in all Poland not just Kraków. Damm, this brings my childhood memories back. Thanks. My god. These things in winter are absolutely best.
