    Ingredients:
    full fat milk – 2 cups
    fresh cream – 1/2 cup
    sugar – 1/2 cup
    cornflour – 1 tbsp
    milk – 2 tbsp
    butter – 1 tbsp
    vanilla extract – 1 1/2 tsp

    Method:
    (Refer steps above, same order, no skipping)

    Kiki’s Tips:
    – Sugar is non-negotiable. Less sugar = icy texture
    – Cornflour must be cooked on low flame only
    – Wide container freezes better than tall boxes
    – One mix after first freeze is mandatory for creaminess
    – Butter improves scoopability. Don’t skip.

    Substitutions:
    – Butter β†’ same quantity fresh cream (texture slightly lighter)
    – Vanilla extract β†’ vanilla bean paste (1 tsp)
    – Cornflour β†’ arrowroot powder (same quantity)

    Storage:
    Keeps well frozen for 7–10 days, airtight
