
Hello! I am a new mum and having a great time lately cooking recipes that take 4-12 hours or longer since I'm home all day anyway, like brisket, bolognese, pea and ham hock soup…

Gritzers Osso buco and red wine braised beef shanks. Also the beef stew recipe.
Chicken yassa isn’t a super long process but you can take a while making stock and caramelizing the onions. And it’s delightful. I haven’t made it in a few years, I think I’m due!
