Adding humour flair so I can roast myself before anyone else does.
I would love to name things on the plate which kept me full for like 5 hours, but I’d say it’s hard to explain 😂😂😂😂

*Dried fat free yoghurt

*mixed fruits

*egg whites

*the pink stuff it’s homemade puddjng made out of cauliflower, jelly, almond milk and stevia (I know it’s very hard to believe, but it’s really tasty) it’s like one of those trends when you blender egg whites with cocoa powder and sweetener and it’s tasty pudding.

It was almost kg of food, so no wonder why I felt so full for hours 😆
