Vegetables:
Baby corn
Capsicum / bell peppers
French beans
Carrot
Broccoli
Sweet corn
Others:
Paneer (lightly fried in olive oil)
Olive oil
Onion (diced)
Ginger (finely chopped)
Garlic (finely chopped)
Green chillies (finely chopped)
Teriyaki stir fry sauce (approx. 5 tbsp or as needed)
Salt to taste
For Corn Slurry:
1 tbsp corn starch
¼ cup water
For Garnish:
Spring onion greens
Sesame seeds
🍳 Cooking Instructions
1️⃣ Chop baby corn, capsicum, bell peppers, french beans, and carrot. Boil them together until just tender.
2️⃣ Boil broccoli and corn separately. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté diced onion, ginger, garlic, and green chillies.
3️⃣ Add teriyaki stir fry sauce and adjust the quantity based on the vegetables.
4️⃣ Add boiled vegetables and fried paneer. Season with salt, add corn slurry, mix well, cover, and cook briefly.
5️⃣ Garnish with spring onion greens and sesame seeds. Serve hot!
6️⃣ To make corn slurry, dissolve corn starch in water and mix well before adding.
