BFast: elevation kids bar with greek yogurt (200)
Coffee before lunch (70)
Lunch: CFA Southwest Chicken Salad (600)
SF pudding with 1% milk (85)
Dinner: potatoes, broccoli, and chicken with some spicy mayo and ginger lemon tea 😋 (335)
