Carrabba’s Italian Grill celebrated the grand opening of a new East Polk location on Feb. 3 in the Davenport area.
The new restaurant is at 1005 Heritage Pass near Osceola-Polk Line Road. It’s close to the ChampionsGate area off Interstate 4.
“As we bring Carrabba’s to Davenport, we’re excited to invite our neighbors to experience the hospitality, traditions and flavors that make our family recipes special,” Robert Samuels, the local managing partner, said in a statement. “We’re proud to celebrate with our community partners and look forward to further becoming part of the Davenport family.”
As part of its grand opening celebration, Carrabba’s Davenport has committed to funding a wish through the Sunshine Foundation, a national nonprofit granting wishes to children with lifelong chronic illnesses or conditions, according to spokesperson Kayla Phillips. The nonprofit’s Dream Village is minutes away from the new Carrabba’s location.
The Davenport site will be open Monday to Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays, 11 a.m to 11 p.m., and Sundays, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The restaurant marks Carrabba’s third location in Polk County, with existing sites in Winter Haven, at 910 3rd St. SW, and in Lakeland, at 4829 S. Florida Ave.
