I just started shopping at TJ recently because one just opened up not far from me. I’ll definitely have to seek this one out!

It’s delicious. Not really spicy. Just inject it directly into my gullet level delicious.

It is so incredibly salty. I threw it away, but other people seem to like it.

It’s TJ’s version of The Pepper Plant California Style. Meaning it’s suuuuper salty. I didn’t like it at first, but I didn’t want to waste it. Ironically towards the end of the bottle I found I had grown to like it. It excels on bland food, but it’s too much on anything already seasoned. I ate plain toast with plain eggs and dumped this on them and it was a match made in heaven. Though for some reason I started to feel a tightness in my chest when I got close to the end of the bottle…

If you find it too salty to use simply as a hot sauce, it’s great as a component in other sauces. I mostly used it with peanut butter and some lime/vinegar as a noodle sauce.

What are you nervous about friend?

Horrible. Just chunky salt. I have it a few tries and tossed it

I found it a little too salty. So really good on rice or something needing some seasoning

Solid flavor, very little actual heat.

One of my favorites for pizza, eggs, and taquitos. But only those 3 things.

So salty. I regret ignoring warnings about the saltiness

If you like the pepper plant you will like this. It is true that it is on the salty side. I really like it considering you can’t find pepper plant where I live

Then…try it; there’s really nothing stopping you
