Petition for u/ramen_lord at Akahoshi Ramen to do another annual round of let February (or March) be the month of Reddit users to pick, vote, and choose the inspiration of the next special of the month.

Of course u/ramen_lord is the expert and he has full creative liberties over the next month’s special. The reddit pick last year of the duck ramen was fantastic! I hope Mike lets us voice our suggestions and he and the team do their magic. I bow down to Ramen Lord and thank him for everything he has done to put Chicago in the spotlight for some of the best ramen.
