Salt 1% of chicken
Sugar 1% of chicken
Neutral oil 1tsp (5ml)
(Teriyaki sauce)
Water 2tbsp (30ml)
Kombu 1g (or MSG 0.5g)
Soy sauce 40ml
Sake 1tbsp (30ml)
Mirin 3.5tbsp (52ml)
Garlic 1/8tsp (1g)
Ginger 1/8tsp (1g)
Corn starch 1tsp (3g)

One thing I like about air fryer is that I don't have to keep watching during cooking unlike pan frying.
