a regular white plate away from perfection
Looks a bit dry
The pasta looks great, but that kind of textured plate and the fork tines scraping against it while your twirl is giving me fingernails-on-chalkboard vibes.
(I know one could use a spoon, but I rarely ever bother..)

OP don’t get discouraged. These dishes are deceptively simple but difficult to truly master. Keep practicing im sure its still delicious right?
