A Spicy Double Cheese Double Patty Double Stack Smash Burger with a sauce made from mustard, ketchup, mayo hot sauce, garlic powder, black pepper and basil. then there are tomato slices and diced onions. These balance the spiciness and bring some sweetness. Probably the best burger I have ever made at home.

Everyone has already made the point that there is little here that resembles a smash burger. Just call it two burgers stacked on top of each other. I would happily SMASH both!! But that is the ONLY smashing in this post.
