    I did 1 hour on Webber Kettle Grill with Charcoal and cherry wood chunks then I wrapped it in tinfoil with a whole thing of Progreso Beef Broth and place in the oven at 350° for 1 hour this is to have Smokey Goodness Gravy that will make your taste buds punch your Gozzle Box!

    I love making this. I like it more on the steaky side than the prime rib side, as far as texture.
