I noticed there wasn’t a review on here for this spot yet since it’s relatively new. I also noticed that the google reviews for this restaurant hasn’t updated for the past 2 weeks (including my review not being shown). Menu as well as supplement options at end of picture roll.

Overall the meal was solid compared to other high end omakase in ny. For nigiri my favorites were the shrimp, Spanish mackerel and blackthroat. These typically tend to be my favorites throughout most omakases. The standout dish was by far the white marlin rolled in vinegar daikon(pic 5). Best dish of the night by a mile. It added a good amount of sweetness to the fish. I went dec 2025 and the price was $300(before tip). Starting January they raised it to $400. Disappointing because I think it didnt stand out enough to warrant the price increase to that of noda, joji etc. And for those who dont drink alcohol, they have house made ginger ale made from the ginger they use for the meal. Chef was really nice and didnt mind conversation which I always like.
