i cant really tell if thats a plastic cutting board or not but: plz do not make intentional knife cuts into a plastic cutting board! it creates grooves into which bacteria and mold can grow! accidentally cutting into the board is one thing but doing this sort of knife trick is just bound to create little microbiomes all over your food space
