  1. waddaymean "i feel like i'm gonna eat this whole tray"? Dangit kev, you ARE gonna eat that whole tray, as would the rest of us. Thanks for the video, as always!

  2. What's going to kill the yeast is the flakes of dandruff from your unruly beard.
You could've worn beard mask for hygiene,

  3. I've found thawing a frozen bread dough works well if you don't want to make bread from scratch. Also a string like floss looped around it and pulled makes a good slicing technique without crushing the roll

  4. Prayers to you on your recovery and glad to see you and hope to see more of your delicious recipies and thank you for letting uses come in your kitchen to watch you cook.

  5. I always pour some heavy cream in the pan before baking. It absorbs that extra fatty creaminess and keeps the whole thing moist with no dark edges.

  6. Looks great my recipe is old school Better Homes & Gardens. I use a fishing line to cut’m oh so good! Minus the cinnamon & brown sugar add a milk powdered sugar orange zest cream for orange rolls!

  7. I would use dark corn syrup with butter on a cookie sheet mix it good then add pieces of pecans in the syrup and butter roll out the dough and cut it put it on the syrup pecan let it rise in enjoy yummy

  8. I leave my butter on the counter lol. My entire life. I'm going on the big 60. My Grandma did too. Lol. Never got sick. I keep it in a covered container. The sticks that I am storing I leave in the fridge until I need it.

  9. Oh man! I cheated when I made them. I used a frozen bread loaf for the dough. I hang my head in shame. They were yummy though. 😋 ❤

  10. Game changer: add one mashed russet potato to your dough. No seasoning, no skin, just a plain microwaved potato mashed smooth. I know it sounds suspicious, but the potato starch makes the texture significantly more incredible and pillowy. Seriously, don't knock it until you try it—you’ll be like: woah.

  11. Geez Louise Kev is there nothing you can't cook? I make my rolls very close to this but I always learn a good tip. I like how you brushed butter before spreading cinnamon sugar mix. Nice touch!

  12. Cinnamon rolls are the best. My favorite topping is half a cup each of butter and brown sugar, and the zest of an orange. Melt the butter, dump in the sugar and zest, mix till it forms a paste, dump on top, bake. You don't need icing they are so gooey.
