
Idk what to call it but been messing around with some protein desserts lately to curb that sweet tooth and this has been fire, only 3 ingredients.
I mix a scoop of protein powder with about 4tbsp peanut butter powder and then add some plain Greek yogurt. Don’t really have an exact amount just keep adding little by little until I get a super thick creamy consistency.
Chill it in the fridge for a bit and it reminds of cheesecake. Could crumble some graham cracker or whatever tickles your fancy
