Detroit style/deep pan pizza on the KJ Big Joe 3. Language Warning ⚠️

So, I’m not a huge fan of the thick base pizzas. I do prefer them thin but wanted to play around with something different this weekend. Wasn’t going to buy a pan for this cook so utilised one of my paella pans. All in all I was happy with the results. Way too much bread to topping ratio for me though. I’ll stick to the thin base.
