Ingredients in the screenshots – app is called LoseIt! In general: one box of Goodles Ched Over Heels (their velveeta shells and cheese and dupe) cooked in bone broth and with cottage cheese and nutritional yeast added – I do that to make it extra saucy, too, since it’s not being served right away and will absorb some – and some Louisiana hot sauce to make it spicy. One bag of Tyson Blackened Chicken Tenders – easiest way to drop some sodium on this is to make your own chicken, but I wanted to go the quicker route for this one. Two 12oz bags of green beans. A drizzle of hot honey.
