1/2 cup Lentils (3.5oz | 100g)
Filo pastry sheets
1/2 Chopped onion
1/2 Diced carrot
1/2 Diced Bell pepper
1tbsp Tomato paste
1tsp Cumin
1tsp Paprika
1tsp Garlic & Coriander Seasoning
Chopped parsley

    i like the idea but when you fold the filo sheets you end up with a gap that the paste goes right over…there has to be a way to fold the sheets that will much better keep the filling inside them? i just know if i try this the filling will be all over the place esp when i pick one up to eat,,,

    These are absolutely beautiful! And the filling looks very yummy! I didn't have a good experience with filo dough though 😕 Its either too dry and crumbles, or sticky and tears apart.
    I might use your great recipe with the different dough 😋
