This is awful, never heard this before. I’ve never been able to get a booking there, but I wouldn’t bother trying if this is true.

Nobody really gives a shit, stories have been out there for years, didn’t even affect Noma the slightest bit.
If getting punched and poked with kitchen utensils were career-ending, Joel Roubuchon, Gordon Ramsey, Mauro Colagreco, Charlie Trotter, Michel Roux, Marco Pierre White, Alvin Lueng, and dozens and dozens of others would never be fawned over by the exact people who elevate these chefs to their celebrity status in the first place.
Still see glowing reviews of them on here, so it seems like people mostly don’t care.
I’m sorry like employees are being punched and STABBED? And nobody has reported this to police or anywhere until just now?
