


I did a post earlier showing the prep. Here is the final product.
Smoked the brats and the apple/onion/beer/butter pan for 2 hrs at 220. I used B&B hardwood charcoal. I used a chunk of apple, cherry, and hickory for smoking woods.
After 2 hrs I dunked each brat in the butter mix every 5 mins. I did this until each brat had a nice sticky coat.
Served with sauerkraut, red cabbage, taco dip, and Cheerwine beans. Topped the brat with spicy mustard.
Turned out better than the game we watched.

Nice, Brats and a Buds.
That makes me think of Saturday mornings in the tailgate lot.
Not gonna lie, I stopped reading after ‘beer, butter, smoke’ and immediately approved. 😅
