Trisket (Tri tip smoked like a brisket) W sauce binder, killer hogs Texas brisket rub, Lawrys seasoned salt
Cowgirl crackers-Hickory smoked bacon, Colby Jack cheese, Killer hogs rib rub , brown sugar and mikes hot honey
Bacon wrapped Jalapeño poppers-Hickory smoked bacon, cream cheese, Heath Riles Competition bbq rub, Colby Jack and Monterey Jack cheese.
Cheddar and Jalapeños smoked Sausage
