High Protein Chipotle Ranch Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:
1 Mission carb balance burrito size tortilla
2 oz cooked chicken, chopped ( I used Perdue fully cooked chicken breast)
1/4 cup Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tbsp bacon bits
1/2 cup ice berg lettuce
1/3 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt ( I used Chobani)
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp ranch seasoning

Directions
1️⃣ Lay out a low-carb burrito-size wrap.
2️⃣ Add chopped chicken breast, shredded mozzarella, bacon bits & lettuce—in that order.
3️⃣ In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chili powder & ranch seasoning until smooth.
4️⃣ Spoon the dressing mixture on top of the chicken, bacon bits, cheese, and lettuce.
5️⃣ Roll the tortilla tightly into a burrito.
6️⃣ Serve immediately and enjoy!

  1. Surely the wrap needs to be gently warmed in a skillet first, so it's still soft but nice and tasty, before filling it and rolling it up? A cold wrap straight from the packet is a miserable thing!
