
A few years ago, my life was honestly a mess.
Cooking is one of the habits I started just to survive and not go back to who I used to be.
I couldn’t cook at all before — I could barely make rice.
Now I keep things simple and real.
Today’s meal:
Mapo tofu, rice, and miso soup.
Nothing fancy, just something that keeps me grounded.

Looks fantastic. Mapo tofu is one of my favourites too. While it’s very popular in Japan, it is Chinese cuisine. Glad you’ve found peace through cooking!
