
New to volume eating officially but have been doing some form of this on and off for most of my life. I’ve been using Noom for several months and have been really liking it.
Today’s breakfast:
1 cup arugula
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
Sautéed mushrooms
2 slices turkey bacon
2 eggs
250ish calories
