Let proof in oiled pan. Par baked for about ten minutes then flipped in pan. Then cooked with toppings at 475 for about 10 minutes

    Looks great! As for pan sticking issues, I melt butter and spread it on the pan while it’s hot. I place the pan on the stove and run it minimal heat as I prep. The end result is a delicious buttery undercarriage. All in all you did a fantastic job!
