I bought the SS version of the Onlyfire Rotisserie kit for my 22" Weber and the results were spectacular.

Two chickens took about an hour to hit 165 which was surprising,I thought it would take longer.

I didn't get a chance to char the skin as it was already at prime temp when I went to check on it.

It was so tender and juicy. I stuffed the cavity with some onion and thyme sprigs, the onion came out incredibly delicious.
