I went to the meat counter today to soothe the pain of a layoff. These short ribs caught my eye.
A little over a pound each. Begging for a nice red wine braise in my opinion.

It shows a recipe where chuck short ribs are marinated for 2 days, grilled to medium rare, and hit with bbq sauce. Unique. Oof to the layoff. Good luck!
