


Made some Dino Ribs today. r/Traeger Timberline XL @275°F for 11 hours. Pulled at 198°F probe tender. According to recipe, should’ve taken 8 hours. I used Hickory pellets with Meat Church Holy Cow and Holy Cow Voodoo. They were delicious.

I have gotten plate ribs at Costco business center but they have never had that much meat above the bone.
I have only had beef ribs with that much meat at bbq restaurants.
They look mouth watering. Well Done.
