Using Breville Barista Express – my extraction looks solid and honey like, but it’s on the low end in the grey espresso range. Beans are less than a month old. Inner Burr is 3 and outer grind is 9. Not sure why the pressure is so low?

Perhaps a gauge issue? Does it taste good?
This does look solid and it seems like it might be something wrong with the pressure gauge (possibly contact Breville). The biggest thing is if you like the taste. If it tastes good to you, I don’t think you should worry too much about it. If it bothers you, contact Breville, and you should be able to get that repaired or replaced
