– 1/2 cup Rolled Oats – 80 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1 large ripe Banana (approx 120 g) – 30g (Aloha Organic Vanilla Plant Based) Protein Powder or oat flour or PB2 – 45g (Lily’s) Chocolate Chips chopped – 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – 1/2 tsp Low Sodium Baking Powder
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Stir in the 80ml of almond milk. 3. Dry Ingredients: Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix until well combined. 4. Fold: Stir in the rolled oats and the Lily’s chocolate chips. 5. Bake: Spread the batter evenly into the dish. Bake for 20 minutes. 6. Set: Let them cool completely before slicing into 8 bars.
