It's finally over 32*, and I'm canning again! Grape jelly in the canner, and chicken broth (both desperately needed!!). Made from last year's juice and chickens respectively 😁

Given that you’re supposed to keep cooling jars away from draughts, I can’t imagine canning and letting jars cool in freezing temps is ok. You won’t be able to leave them for 12 hours undisturbed outside like that and moving them excessively could affect the seals forming properly

I love canning outside!! Can’t wait for it to warm up enough where I am to start again, I need chicken stock and black beans bad!! Happy canning!!
