I literally got one of these tonight, first time I’ve enjoyed McDs in years. It remains as good as I remember it, unlike every other item on the menu
I worked there in high-school (2002/2003) and I remember a coworker who used to get ridiculed for ordering a double FOF “dressed like a Mac” — dude was so far ahead of the curve.

Couple of things I love most about the Filet-O-Fish…
1). In Japan, you can get it on the breakfast menu, cuz fish for breakfast there is…well…breakfast.
2). Do not ever sleep on a McDonalds that offers a Double Filet-O-Fish

I thought it sounded good once, so I ordered it, and was so devastatingly disappointed that I would never order one again.
Maybe it was that particular night. Maybe it was the fact that it was door dashed. Maybe it’s because a thousand other fish sandwiches elsewhere are incredibly superior.
We may never know, and we probably don’t care. Enjoy.

Listen. As a former pollock processor I’m telling you, there is nothing to be ashamed of loving here. These kinds of filets are amongst the least gnarly processed foods out there.
Yeah fish trawler processing work sucks, but honestly… hearing and learning about land based meat processing, hands down fof 5eva
