Turkish Kuru Fasulye & Cacık Recipe (Serves 4)

Ingredients
For the Kuru Fasulye:
• 2 cups dried white beans (soaked overnight)
• 300–400 g beef, cubed
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped
• 2–3 cups meat broth (or water)
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

For the Cacık:
• 2 cups plain yogurt
• 1 cucumber, grated
• ½ cup water (adjust for consistency)
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon dried mint
• Salt to taste
