‘Big Mac’ Mac & Cheese! This is me trying to copy a delicious dish from one of my favourite vegan cafes: Fern Cafe in Victoria BC. (Every time I want this dish I have to drive 5 hours.)
Gluten free macaroni tossed in a plant based cheesy coconut sauce. Layered with plant based ground beef. Topped with Big Mac sauce, shredded crispy lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and pickles finish it off. Absolutely delicious! 🔥🔥🔥
