not a big fan of wrapping the poppers in bacon. i fry up the bacon first, crumble, mix in the cream cheese with cheddar cheese, and sprinkle extra on top

Well done! I was cheap this year and only used have a slice of bacon. Wasn’t as nice as yours but delicious.
