This is the first time I’ve used Royal icing and made sugar cookies. Any tips on working with fine lines and flooding? I can’t seem to nail the consistency.

    Try thinning it with a spray bottle. You give it a spray or two at a time until you reach your desired consistency without over-thinning or over-mixing your icing!

    P.S. the cookies are very good by the way!
